Handfasting
Handfasting is an ancient Celtic ritual in which the hands are tied together. The couple exchanges vows while their hands are bound together symbolizing the act of 'giving and receiving' in their eternal union.

Lasso

The ancient Chinese believed those who are destined to meet and be together have invisible threads string tied to their little finger. This magical cord may stretch or tangle, but never break.
